It’s been a little longer than a year since we first started doing shows at Kremwerk with Happy Barkcore. As our first major shows after the original Newcores we were all still figuring it out back then, but that show really showed that we were more than just a one hit wonder, and solidified us as a group bringing the underground together to dance and find community through raving. Now we’re back to do it all again, and raise funds for the launch of our artist grant program and mutual aid fund. More information in the weeks to come <3
But that’s enough about us! We have a roster of returning friends and faves and some new faces to get the BARKCORE going. From the top we have
-Impact! returning champ GOJII who headlined our first Barkcore event with only the finest club bangers.
-Seattle’s own IanK whose hardcore pedigree is absolutely legendary, returning for the relaunch
-Impact! crew member and tech witch BADGRRL returning to drop only the hottest houndstyle.
And new faces on the flyer come from
-Hands Up DJ and community favorite BUTTONZ getting those paws up in the air, like they just don’t care
-All manners of -core and -style DJ NOIZE SPEKTRA, making his Impact! big stage debut after first appearing at Midweek Magic
-Up n coming genre fluid DJ KIBBLEZ-n-BITZ spinning an eclectic collection of everything hard that is sure to impress
