Impact! Foundation is a Seattle-based LGBTQI+ operated, underground music and arts nonprofit co-founded by Ev (Eximious) and Alice (Aliceofsin).
We started as a crew of struggling trans and queer folks just trying to make space for our community to be seen, heard, and felt especially through the magic of underground music and art. We believe raving isn’t simply an escape, but a form of social resistance. That joy is radical. Community care is revolutionary. When we throw a party, we throw it to uplift queer joy, connect outsiders, and expand the underground scene in a way that centres those most often left out.
We create inclusive, affirming spaces where queer and trans people can gather, dance, build networks, and celebrate who they are without compromise. These spaces are essential, especially for those of us who’ve been pushed to the margins and denied places to belong.
Music is both a divine art to us and a necessary community medicine. We champion underground genres like hardcore, breakcore, and hard dance, while uplifting emerging artists- especially queer and trans creators who don’t always get the spotlight.
We’re grateful to have supported community causes that align with our ethos of care and empowerment. In recent years, we’ve directed donations and resources to queer nonprofits like The Lambert House in Seattle, helping youth find safe spaces and support. We also contribute to broader initiatives including organizations that fund queer arts and justice causes.
Whether it’s benefit events, fund drives, or partnerships, we show up for our community in every way we can. Impact! Foundation has grown into a community driven project about radical queer joy, mutual aid, and shared futures. We invest in artist development, offer harm reduction education at our events, and support cultural connection. Because thriving communities need more than parties, they need care, access, and opportunity to truly bloom.
